 When your staff has determined the need for a technician, they would then dispatch TechPoint. This is done either by telephone 1.888.801.1777 or by email support@tech-point.ca. Once received, TechPoint will leap into action, dispatching one of our many technicians to the service location. Each service request is issued an incident number for reference.
If you are engaged in an active Services Agreement with TechPoint your computing environment will be known to us. All active Service Agreements allow for spare parts planning on most devices helping us to prepare and be prepared for most common system failures in advance, relating to your unique environment.
