All professional services time and materials rates are subject to Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm in their respective time zones. After hours rates apply at 1.5 times the regular rate from 5:00pm to 12:00am and from 5:30am to 8:30am in their respective time zones. After hours rates apply at 2.0 times the regular rate from 12:00am to 5:30am in their respective time zones.

All travel is chargeable at the posted rates in the posted timelines.
