Your subscription enables all financial agreements to be in place, so there is no lapse in service response times to remedy failures. Additionally, further savings are realized as access to our subscriber Time and Materials rates are applicable for services that are not covered under your Service Agreement.
In order for TechPoint to fully and completely provide the best available service to its clients, whether it is basic coverage or a more comprehensive support program, a subscription to the TechPoint Rewards Club is required for each service location covered.
