- Assessment and overview of the entire site IT environment will be scrutinized. In addition to ensuring devices are clean and operating as expected, TechPoint will look for deficiencies. This includes cabling, general layout, device age or functionality.
- Once completed, technicians provide an overview of their findings and any recommendations. Technicians may suggest new technology innovations or bring overall concerns to light.
