The Preventative Maintenance Program is available to local clients in the Shuswap, and consists of the following processes:
- Devices are assessed and checked for functionality to meet manufacturer specifications.
- Networked equipment is inspected for potential fail points and corrective measures are taken.
- Equipment identified as failing or in need of additional attention will be noted in the technician’s report and brought to the customers attention.
- General cleaning of the devices will be performed as necessary to the functionality of the device.
NOTE: Parts replacement of any kind will be offered optionally as necessary to the customer. Installation or repair of the device will be at additional cost. - Assessment and overview of the entire site IT environment will be scrutinized. In addition to ensuring devices are clean and operating as expected, TechPoint will look for deficiencies. This includes cabling, general layout, device age or functionality.
- Once completed, technicians provide an overview of their findings and any recommendations. Technicians may suggest new technology innovations or bring overall concerns to light.
There are Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans, depending on your company and network size, as well as add-ons for additional devices and services. Discounts for multiple stores and/or locations are available.
